High Standards Photography

High Standards Photography was officially established in August 2010 by Emilie Jones. Emilie is currently attending Penn State Univeristy to attain a B.S. in Business Marketing and Management. Emilie has been riding and showing horses for over twelve years and specializes in the equine industry. Emilie has been taking pictures since she was about ten years old. Graduating from her dog to her friend's horses, she now enjoys shooting all sorts of ocassions. She has experience at shows, lessons, photo shoots, and with making sale ads and videos. Emilie currently shoots with a Cannon PowerShot SX10 IS, 10.0 Mega Pixles, 20.0x Optical Zoom. Self taught at age 12 in html, Emilie also builds and designs websites. She enjoys designing to the customers needs and desires and producing professional looking websites for all industries. And lastly, Emilie enjoys putting her degree and skills learned at an advertising agency to work. She enjoys helping companies evaluate where they are in the market and how to improve. High Standards Photography Policies and Terms of Purchase Copyrights and You Under U.S. Law, photographs are given full and exclusive rights to the photographer at the moment the picture is taken. Purchasing a print, does NOT grant you the rights to reproducing the image. This includes using the image online (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), making copies, or using it for advertising purposes. All images on this site or photo viewing sites are © Emilie Jones/High Standards Photography. All rights are reserved. Written permission must be granted to use any of the photographs. Web design is also protected under U.S. Law, full rights are given to the designer upon creation. Copying web designs are not permitted. Emilie Jones/High Standards Photography reserves the right to prosecute offenders. Cropping and Editing All photos will be carefully centered, cropped and edited to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that different sized prints of the same photograph may include slightly varying background images. This is due to ratio. A small © image will be placed on digital images and prints. Please contact us if you have any questions about this process. As of now, we do not offer any Photoshop editing for our photos. Ordering/Payment All photographs that are on the photo viewing site remain available for ordering. Payment is only accepted in cash or money order (for photographs, products, and web design fees). No personal checks accepted unless previously arranged. A $35 fee will be assessed for any bounced payments. Payment must be received before your prints and products are processed or services rendered. A minimum $3 shipping charge will be assessed for prints. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of prints. Products may take longer and require additional charges. Web design timelines will be discussed on an individual basis. Refunds and Exchanges We take measures to ensure safe shipping, however we cannot guarantee it. All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are available. If proper proof of damaged goods is presented, a 20% discount will be given on your next purchase, but we retain the right to grant this discount at our own discretion. Disclaimer All services offered (photography, web design, and marketing solutions) are that of an amature. While quality and professionalism is the goal, guarentees can not be made. Marketing solutions do not guarentee the sale of a horse, the incrase of a client base, or profit for the customer.
